Shipping/Pickup

Shipping: In most cases, if you order before noon (Pacific time) your order will be shipped same day. We currently only ship USPS and always add delivery confirmation. We have a few different options in case you need your gear sent quick. If not shipped the same day, it will ship within 24 hours and in the unlikely event we cannot ship it within 24 hours, we will notify you. We currently only ship in the United States.
Parcel Post: Usually 6-8 days
Priority: 2-4 days
Express: Overnight (as long as order is received before 2pm Pacific Time)

In-Store Pickup: You also have the option to save the shipping costs by picking up your order from our retail store. If you choose this option, we will hold your items for 24 hours. After 24 hours your order will be canceled. You may pickup items during our normal business hours (Mon-Thurs 11am-7pm, Fri 11am-5pm, Sat 10am-6pm) at 4760-B Mission Gorge Place, San Diego, CA 92120

Returns & Replacements

We strive to make your order perfect, every time! If you are unhappy with your purchase you may, within 30 days, return the item for exchange or refund. The item(s) MUST be in new and unused condition. We recommend trying shoes on a treadmill for 20-30 minutes before you run in them outside.
