2. Provide your full name, email address, desired date and appointment time. (Include that you are a new patient.)
3. Dr. Allen or Staff will get back to you ASAP with possible appointment times.

New Patient appointments are one (1) hour. This is all time with the doctor. Existing patient appointments range from 15 to 30 minutes depending on the doctor’s recommendations.
If you have not seen the doctor in over a year, and/or you have a new condition, you will require a 30 minute Re-Exam appointment.
Phone messages are returned in the order they are received. Be sure to leave your full name and phone number to ensure a prompt reply. Often patients have similar or the same first and last names. Please specify and if you are a New Patient or existing patient. (858)268-8525
Medical Related Questions
If you have medical-related questions, please EMAIL the doctor directly (Drallen@sdri.net). He prefers to have your issues in writing, and can respond better via email. For this reason, he does NOT return phone calls. In your email, please be sure to mention how you heard about the doctor.
Office Fees vary. New Patient Exams are $227 for a one-hour exam and includes any necessary treatment. Treatment includes but is not limited to any therapy such as ultrasound, inferential current, taping, joint or muscle manipulation or exercise instruction. Custom orthotics are not considered treatment and are $427 for one pair (left and right) or $600 for two identical pair (2 sets). We no longer are in any Insurance Network as of January 1, 2020. We still can provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance.– a complete detail receipt is supplied upon request. You can use this receipt to reduce your deductible, get money back from your insurance directly, or use your Health Savings Account, or Flexible Spending Account.
Once you are an existing patient, office visits are $60
Custom Orthotics DO require an appointment with the Doctor. The cost is $427 for one pair (left and right) or $600 for 2 identical pair (2 sets of orthotics). Click here for Custom Orthotics info
